EARLY MORNING (6–7 AM)

- 1 glass lukewarm water

- 1 tsp soaked flaxseeds

- 1 small garlic clove (if tolerated)

 

BREAKFAST (8–9 AM)

Choose one:

- Vegetable oats

- Vegetable dalia

- Poha (very little oil)

- 2 multigrain rotis + sabzi

DINNER (7–8 PM – Light & Early)

- 2 rotis + vegetable

OR

- Vegetable soup + paneer/tofu

OR

- Moong dal khichdi

(Avoid rice at night and heavy oily food)

- Extra salt (limit <5 g/day)

- Pickles & papad

- Fried food

- Butter & excess ghee

- Red meat

- Processed food

- Bakery items

- Cold drinks

- Smoking & alcohol

- Oats

- Flaxseeds

- Walnuts

- Spinach

- Lauki
